Don Wood is a master of woodworking artistry.

​Don grew up on a farm in Colorado learning his skills from his father and grandfather. He has a keen eye for blending various types of wood artistically. Don's material of choice is reclaimed wood. When using reclaimed wood, he looks at the piece and can't wait to bring it back to life.

​Many of Don's chair and furniture pieces are commissioned work, allowing him to build a rocker, for instance, "tailor-fitted" to the individual. Don enjoys working with the customer to create or restore pieces he knows will be treasured family heirlooms.
